His films have screened at Anthology Film Archives, San Francisco Cinematheque, and the Canadian Film Institute, and his critical practice is anchored in Art & Trash, an ongoing series of video essays about underground and outsider cinema. He is the publisher of Black Zero, a home video company specializing in Canadian underground cinema.
